1460 Haltia

This minor planet is named after the mountain called Halti, or Haltitunturi in Finnish, the tallest mountain in Finland. It has the strange quality of being split in half; the northern half is in Finland, and the southern is in Denmark, due to the definition of the border. Although it is Finland's tallest mountain, the actual peak of the mountain is in fact not in Finland.

The symbol of this minor planet is a vertically-bisected mountain with a tiny rectangle peering up from behind it, representing the border and the large stone markers that delineate it.
