193 Ambrosia
193.png

This minor planet is named after the substance from Greek myth, a food or a drink reserved for the gods that confers immortality or longevity on those who ingest it. It is used variously as a de-ager, a perfume, a cleanser, and a bestower of godhood. Hebe, Iris, Ganymede, and more have had the job of cupbearer.

The symbol of this asteroid is a cup, with a starburst (representing divinity) halfway submerged in the cup.
